Request deletion of a Velisona account and its server data.

Send a request
Email igor.v.maiorov@gmail.com from the email address registered with Velisona. Use the subject “Delete Velisona account” and say that you want to delete your account and associated data. Do not send your password, verification codes, private keys or message contents.
Verification and processing
We will verify that you control the account before deleting it. If you no longer control the registered email address, contact the same support address for help with ownership verification. This is a manual support process during the alpha; we will reply with the next steps and confirmation when completed.
What is removed
Deletion removes or de-identifies the account profile, authentication sessions and notification registrations, device registrations, contact relationships, queued messages and attachment copies, and associated message and call records. Records required for a legal obligation or a specific security investigation may be retained; we will explain any applicable exception. Restricted database backups rotate after approximately 8 days. Expiring attachment contents are not backed up.
Copies on devices
Copies saved by other participants cannot be remotely erased. Remove Velisona history, downloads and exported backups from your own devices separately. You can request access or correction instead of account deletion by contacting the same address.
